Our Returns & Refunds policy lasts 14 days. If you would like to exchange or return your product, please make sure to do it within 14 days of having received the product.
To be eligible for a return (refund or exchange), your item must not have been used, and must be in the same condition that you received it, as well as packaged in the same condition. Personalized items are not eligle for exchanges or returns.
We assume all costs of collection for both exchanges and returns.
To begin the process, please email us at email@example.com, indicating if you would like to receive a refund or exchange the product, the reason for the return, and your original order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved and have requested for an exchange, we will ask you to indicate for which product you wish to exchange.
If you decide to be refunded, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
